Before the first formal award, MindsMelt needs content-validity review, cognitive interviews, evidence-validity guidance, rater calibration, a pilot analysis plan and measurement-led comparison of possible decision methods. Modified Angoff is one option to examine, not a foregone conclusion.
Open methodology does not mean open identifiable data. Raw athlete interviews, applicant evidence and restricted complaint material remain controlled. Collaboration starts with governance, not a data export.
